The "Foldable Thin Matt-kun" is a wireless mat sensor that notifies via nurse call or similar systems when weight (body weight) is applied to the mat sensor. It can also be used with a wired connection. It is placed beside the bed to detect when a person gets out of bed. The wireless design reduces cable length, preventing tripping hazards.
